11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

MCBEE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet disruptions, or power failures.
