Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — withdraw previously given consent for data processing
- Nominate — nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf (DPDP Act)

What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- We verify your identity (email confirmation or government ID for sensitive requests).
- We process and respond within 30 calendar days.
- If we cannot fulfil the request, we provide reasons in writing.
